Overview
You can easily add or remove bureaus from an existing credit report, giving you the flexibility to update it as new information becomes available or requirements change.
Add or remove bureaus from a credit report
Follow these steps to add or remove bureaus from an existing credit report on EncompassĀ® Web.
Sign in to EncompassĀ® Web using your credentials.
From your Pipeline, select the appropriate loan from the list.
In the left navigation bar, select Services, then choose All Services from the menu.
On the All Services page, click Order Service.
In the Order Service popup, select Credit under Categories, then choose Cotality Credco from the Providers list.
Click Next.
From the Dashboard, locate the report you want to update.
From the Actions dropdown menu, select Add/Remove Bureaus.
On the Add/Remove Bureaus screen, select or clear the checkboxes for the bureaus you want to add or remove.
Optionally, enter any relevant notes in the Notes field.
After making your changes, click Submit Order to apply the updates. The Order Summary page displays.
Follow these steps to add or remove bureaus from an existing credit report on EncompassĀ® Desktop.
Sign in to EncompassĀ® Desktop using your credentials.
From your Pipeline, select the appropriate loan from the list.
In the left navigation bar, select Services, then choose Order Credit Report from the menu.
On the Credit Report popup, select Cotality Credco.
Click Submit.
From the Dashboard, locate the report you want to update.
From the Actions dropdown menu, select Add/Remove Bureaus.
On the Add/Remove Bureaus screen, select or clear the checkboxes for the bureaus you want to add or remove.
Optionally, enter any relevant notes in the Notes field.
After making your changes, click Submit Order to apply the updates. The Order Summary page displays.
