How to Access the Help Center

Overview

Visit the Help Center to find quick answers, access how-to articles and interactive tutorials, and learn about our products.

Access the Help Center

1. Visit docs.cotality.com

   Tip: Add this site to your favorites for easy access later. 

2. Click Login.

3. If your organization uses Cotality Client SSO, select that option on the login screen.

   Tip: Not sure if you have SSO? Check with your System Administrator. If your organization doesn't use it, proceed to the next step to create an account.

4. To create an account, click Sign up.

5. Enter your First name, Last name and work Email address, then click Sign up.

6. Review your confirmation status and check your email for final instructions. Once your account is ready, click Back to Login and enter your new credentials.
