To log in, you visit the Mercury Network® login page, enter your email address and password, optionally check Remember me, and click Sign In.
What should I do if I don’t have a Mercury Network® account?
If you don’t have an account, you need to complete the sign-up process by selecting an account type, entering your company and contact information, and following the prompts to create your account.
What happens if Mercury Network® detects an existing account during sign-up?
If a matching account is found, you will be prompted to recover your password or review possible duplicate accounts and select the correct one.
What information is required when creating a new account?
You must provide details such as account type, company state, company name, phone number, and email address, along with any additional required fields.
What is required to complete account setup after registration?

Order Management
How do I search for a specific order?
To search, enter a term in the Find box, choose whether it Starts With or Contains the term, select a field in the In Field dropdown, choose a timeframe in the Placed field, and click the magnifying glass or press Enter.
Can I customize the default search settings?
Yes, you can click the gear icon next to the In Field dropdown to set default search fields, timeframes, and available search options.
How do filters work when finding orders?
Filters allow you to quickly view orders by status by clicking on the status folders on the left side of the Orders view.
When should I use search vs. filters?
Search is best when you have specific details about an order, while filters are useful for browsing orders based on their current status.
How are Severe review rules handled for Investigate customers?
Investigate customers may choose which review rules they want classified as Severe, and if one of these Severe rules fires during appraisal upload, the order is automatically moved to Revision – Correction Needed and the vendor receives a revision request detailing what must be corrected before the order can proceed.

Can Severe review rule firings be overridden?
Yes, users with the appropriate permissions can override a Severe review rule firing when a special circumstance requires the order to proceed without an appraisal update, allowing the workflow to bypass the correction step and move forward immediately instead of remaining in Revision – Correction Needed.

How are automated revision requests generated during the UAD 3.6 workflow?

How do I attach documents to an order in Mercury Network®?
To attach documents, open the order, click Attach Documents in the toolbar, select the document type, choose Upload Documents or DirectFax, and complete the process.
What is the difference between attaching documents and completing an order?
Attaching documents is used for supporting files, while uploading a completed appraisal report requires using the Complete button, not the Attach Documents option.
How do I upload electronic documents to an order?
Click Upload Documents, browse to the file on your computer, select it, and wait for the upload to complete before closing the window.
How do I find new orders that need my response?
You can find new orders by clicking the New Orders filter in the Orders view, where all orders awaiting your acceptance are listed.
How do I accept or decline a new order?
To respond, open the order, click Accept/Decline Assignment, choose your response option, add notes, and click OK to notify the client.
What does “Propose Conditions to Client” mean?
This option allows you to suggest changes to the fee or due date, but it is treated as a decline unless the client accepts your proposed terms.
Do I need to accept a vendor agreement before accepting an order?
Yes, if a vendor agreement is present, you must review it and check the box to accept it before proceeding.
How do I deliver a completed appraisal order in Mercury Network®?
To deliver a report, you open the order, click Complete in the toolbar, upload the required file(s), add a message to the client, and click OK to finalize delivery.
What file types can I upload when completing an order?
You can upload a PDF if no specific requirements are set, or upload MISMO XML or ENV files if your client requires those formats.
Do I need to upload both a PDF and MISMO XML file?
No, if a MISMO XML file is required, it already contains the PDF, so only the XML file is needed unless the client specifically requires both.
What should I do when I receive an awarded bid order?
When you receive an awarded bid, you need to open the order and use the Accept/Decline Assignment option to respond.
Do I need to accept a vendor agreement when responding to an awarded order?
Yes, if a vendor agreement is present, you must review it and check the box to accept it before continuing.
What happens after I acknowledge the order?

How do I respond to a residential bid request?
To respond, open the order, click Submit Bid, enter your fee or turn time if applicable, or indicate you are unable to bid, optionally add a message, and submit your response.

How do I send a message about an order in Mercury Network®?
