# How to Order LoanSafe™ Fraud Report on Empower

## Overview

You can order LoanSafe™ Fraud Manager within Empower to enhance your fraud management processes effectively and ensure the security of your operations.

## Ordering LoanSafe™ Fraud Report

1. Select your borrower from the pipeline.
2. Go to the **Fraud Service Page**.
3. Select the **Request** tab.
4. Select **LSFM – LoanSafe Fraud Manager** from the dropdown menu.
5. From the **Event** drop down menu Select **100-Service Request**.
6. Click the chevron to edit the **Participants** screened against the varies watchlist.
7. Select the **Results** tab to view the details of your order.
8. Click the **View Online Report** button to launch **LoanSafe Connect** to clear conditions, compare reports, and manage watchlist participants.
9. Click the **Document Manager** icon from the **Taskbar** to view, save, or print the report.
10. In Empower select **Loan Summary**.
  1. Select **Loan Activity.**
  2. You can **Assign** review of the Fraud report in the active section. This task will route the user to the Document Repository.
11. After clearing alerts in LoanSafe™ Connect you can **rerun** the LoanSafe Fraud Manager Report.
12. Go to the **Empower® Exchange Fraud Screen**.
  1. Go to **Product drop down menu**
  2. Select **843 – Rerun LSM – Loan Safe Fraud Management Rerun**.
13. Click **Submit Request** to **Rerun LoanSafe Fraud Manager Repor**t. All reports will be stored in Empower and can be accessed from the Document Manager tab.
