# How to Delete User Accounts on Mercury Network®

## Overview

Deleting loan originator user accounts in Mercury Network® allows you to remove users who no longer need access. This process helps keep your user list accurate and supports account security and proper access control.

To delete loan originator user accounts in your Mercury Network® user manager:

1. In your Mercury user manager, click the account you wish to delete in the list on the left.
2. Click Delete User in the toolbar at the top of the screen.

3. Click Yes to confirm that you wish to delete the account.

## Outcome

After completing these steps, you will have successfully removed a loan originator user account from Mercury Network®. The deleted user will no longer be able to log in or access the account.
