This enables you to pivot instantly from your data rows to printing physical labels for mass geographic marketing campaigns. For example, when you secure a sale in a subdivision, you can run a targeted neighborhood lookup or draw a shape bounds layer directly on the map viewport to isolate surrounding properties, quickly generating localized mailers to capture new seller listings. **Isolate Properties and Initialize Label Creator** Execute your desired search criteria or map shape constraints to load your target property group into the grid workspace view. Ensure the selection checkboxes are checked for all properties you intend to include on the print batch run. Click the **Create Labels** action option link situated at the bottom toolbar of the Search Results Table to open the configuration dialog overlay panel. Click [here](/docs/creating-mailing-labels#) to view the master Labels configuration window context. ![Mailing Labels configuration properties panel showing Avery type selection lists and address fields rule selectors.](https://cdn.document360.io/d7730790-9b0e-4a1e-800e-a32628b13559/Images/Documentation/Creating_Mailing_Labels_1.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-06T00%3A21%3A39Z&se=2026-11-06T01%3A21%3A39Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=eghJwVtfO0CY8rG6JSRpxgu16t0ytql%2BXRdb3B2eJzY%3D) **Configure Label Layout and Content Parameters** Set up your print specifications within the dialog fields using the following criteria guidelines: - **Avery Label Type:** Select the specific Avery template size matching your physical print paper. Note that template profiles **Avery 5161** and **Avery 5162** explicitly support integrated USPS Bar Codes. To apply these, check the bar code option box directly below your chosen label type. - **Text Casing Styles:** Choose whether to render address lines using standard **Mixed Case** or **All Capital Letters** formatting rulesets. - **Target Address Routing:** Toggle your output destination rules between the **Tax Billing address** or the local **Property address**. For example, if your goal is to market directly to property owners across a high-density tenant or rental condominium complex, routing to the Tax Billing address ensures your message lands with the deed-holding owner rather than the current tenant occupant. **TIP:** Select the **Create Custom Label** action parameter to manually prepend custom headers such as *"or Current Resident"* or other personalized fallback marketing greetings directly onto the text print output matrix. **Verify Tier Allotments and Execute File Generation** Review the active **Export Status** data counter to guarantee your account tier contains enough remaining monthly query data credits to process the selected batch total count. If your target group size exceeds your limit, check the *"Use all remaining to export a portion of the records"* checkbox option to automatically deplete your current balance up to your account cap ceiling. To print a specific segment from a massive listing grid layout, use the **Print Range** utility fields to explicitly enter your preferred start row index and end row index boundaries. Click the final **Print** action execution control button. The platform instantly compiles your property parameters and triggers a downloadable, formatted **Rich Text Format (RTF)** file download. Save the generated file to a known folder repository on your local workstation asset directory, or open it directly in your native word processor text editing software to transmit the document rows straight to your physical print hardware appliance.
