Overview
Configuring your artifact settings allows you to generate a standardized PDF record of the entire appraisal review lifecycle. By capturing the full review history, specific findings, and reviewer rationale, you create a transparent audit trail that justifies your final conclusions. This level of detail ensures compliance with documentation standards and provides clear communication to stakeholders regarding the decision-making process.
Configuring the Artifact Settings
While/after completing their review of an appraisal, they can create a PDF review artifact documenting their review.
Click the Settings icon in the right-hand corner of the toolbar to reveal the Settings menu.
Select Review Artifact from the Settings menu.
Click Edit Artifact Settings.
Choose what is and is not included in the final review artifact PDF.
Full review process: Enable to include all rounds of review.
Appraisal: Include the full appraisal report.
Findings and associate comments: Includes all findings that are fired and any associated comments.
Summary comments: Includes the rationale commentary provided by the reviewer.
Click Save Settings.
Click Preview review artifact, to preview the Valuation Review.
Open the PDF in Adobe.
Click the X at the top-right corner to close the preview.
Outcome
Upon completing these steps, you will have successfully generated a comprehensive, professional PDF Review Artifact that serves as a record of the appraisal review.
