# How to Complete the Checklist on Collateral Investigate™

## Overview

Completing your review checklist ensures that you address all mandatory quality control steps before submitting your appraisal review. In **Collateral Investigate™**, you can toggle between active findings and your associated checklist to monitor your progress. Visual indicators, such as green or red status dots, help you quickly identify if you have any outstanding required fields. Resolving all marked sections prevents delays and ensures you can successfully access the **Finalize** review option.

## Complete the Checklist

Complete a checklist during review. As a reviewer you can toggle between order-related findings and the associated checklist.

> [!NOTE]
> **Note**: A green dot to the right of the checklist indicates all required sections are complete. A red dot indicates incomplete required items, which prevents selecting Finalize review.

1. Select the **Checklist** toggle to complete all requested items.
2. Complete all requested items. Required sections are marked with a red asterisk (*).
3. Click **Save checklist** in the bottom-left corner of the screen. If this button is disabled, a required field remains incomplete.

## Outcome
