The Verification of Assets (VOA) and Assets Analysis retrieval process ensures you quick, accurate results with just a few clicks.
Retrieve the order
You will receive an email notification once the borrower has completed linking their accounts, uploading documents, or when any documents you’ve uploaded have finished processing.
Follow these steps to retrieve a VOA and Assets Analysis order on the AutomatIQ® Borrower Portal.
Visit the AutomatIQ® Borrower Portal and sign in using your credentials. You will be directed to the My Loans page.
Adjust your search filters as needed, then select VOA.
Search for your order by entering the loan number or the applicant’s first or last name.
Click the order status link to open your file. The VOA Borrower Progress page displays.

Follow these steps to retrieve a VOA and Assets Analysis order on Encompass® Desktop.
Sign in to Encompass® Desktop using your credentials.
In your Pipeline, select the appropriate loan from the list.
From the Services tab in the left-hand navigation bar, locate the Order Verifications menu then select the Document icon.
In the From Service Providers pop‑up, select the order and click Retrieve. Your VOA order will display, and you can begin your work.

Follow these steps to retrieve a VOA and Assets Analysis order on Encompass® Web.
Sign in to Encompass® Web using your credentials.
From your Pipeline, select the appropriate loan from the list.
In the left navigation bar, select Services, then choose All Services from the drop-down menu.
On the All Services page, locate the order, then click the Open Document icon. Your VOA order will display, and you can begin your work.
