Overview
Performing bulk actions on multiple low-risk findings helps you streamline your review workflow. In Collateral Investigate™, you can filter for unworked findings and apply a single decision and comment to multiple Low or Medium severity items simultaneously. This process eliminates repetitive manual entries and saves you time during high-volume reviews. While high-severity issues must still be handled individually, bulk actions allow you to quickly resolve or share multiple findings at once.
Bulk Actions
Use Bulk actions to decision multiple low-risk findings at once.
Select the No decision option from the Decision filter menu to isolate unworked findings.
Click Bulk actions to open the bulk action panel.
Note: Bulk actions decisioning is only available for Low and Medium severity findings due to compliance and insurability with higher severity issues. You can still select High and Fatal severity findings under bulk actions to share multiple findings at once.
Select the checkboxes next to the findings you want to decision.
Choose a decision option.
Enter a comment in the dialog box that appears and click Confirm. This decision and justification will apply to all selected findings.
Tip: Clear all filters to return to the full findings list.

You can now filter, select, and decision multiple appraisal findings in a single action on Collateral Investigate™.
