Overview
As a reviewer, access your assigned files and review all findings and applicable checklist items. This guide walks you through the review process, focusing on the Review Findings screen. When you launch Collateral Investigate™ from the platform, navigate from the Your Dashboard to your Queue to load assigned files.
Access Review Findings
The Review findings screen in Collateral Investigate™ provides you with a centralized space to address and decision rules that fired during the appraisal review.
From the Dashboard select Queue or Orders (if you have the required permissions) to view your list of files. Related article: How to View & Navigate Files
In the Orders list, select a Loan # to open and review the file.
Click the Begin Review or Edit Review button in the top right corner of the screen.
This action opens the review findings screen in a new browser tab.
Click the Appraisal findings tab in the Order details file.
Select View findings to open the Review findings screen.
Outcome
You can now navigate to and open the Review findings screen in Collateral Investigate™.
