How you work with this data is entirely up to you and it may vary depending on the type of search you performed. The Search feature is designed to be flexible enough to support the variety of tasks you may need to complete during your workday. #### Common Workday Scenarios: - **Geographic Marketing:** You recently sold a house in a particular neighborhood and want to follow up with a marketing mailing to the neighbors. Using a search you can find the neighboring properties and quickly generate mailing labels from your Search Results Grid. - **Deep Property Investigation:** You are interested in finding out more about a known property and its location. You can run a single property search to view information directly on the Search Results Grid using the standard columns, and then add any additional data columns you are interested in. You can even see on the Map where the property is located, what’s nearby, and what the area is like. And, if you find the property might interest a client, you can easily email the property information to them right from the Search Results Grid. - **Internal Office Analysis:** You would like to analyze data internally at your office. You can run your search and then print or export the data directly from the Search Results Grid. **Select Dashboard Layout Views** Toggle between your layout configurations depending on your active task lane requirements: - **Map View:** This view collapses the Search Results Grid and displays an expanded, full-screen version of the Map viewport. - **List View:** This view collapses the Map completely to maximize real estate for the Search Results Grid data rows. - **Split View:** This is the default system state. The Map and Search Results Grid display simultaneously side-by-side. Click [here](/docs/ways-to-work-with-search-results#) to view the default Split View layout configuration. ![Default Realist workspace dashboard loading data within the synchronized side-by-side Split View interface panel.](https://cdn.document360.io/d7730790-9b0e-4a1e-800e-a32628b13559/Images/Documentation/Ways_to_Work_with_Search_Results_1.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-06T00%3A31%3A43Z&se=2026-11-06T01%3A31%3A43Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=jap4T%2FQVbUg8CgodHBjumEADjKOFLm4OgzWojzCb96Q%3D) **Manage Large Dataset Pagination (Up to 3,000 Results)** When searching within Quick Search or My Search, you have the option to return up to 3,000 active results simultaneously. This feature optimization simplifies generating mailing labels or bulk exporting records across massive regional farms. Navigate to the bottom controls of the main Search Pane to switch your active display viewport between tier groupings: **1-1000**, **1001-2000**, and **2001-3000** results. Click [here](/docs/ways-to-work-with-search-results#) to view the result pagination menu controls. ![Bottom of search pane displaying layout buttons to partition and paginate results up to three thousand lines.](https://cdn.document360.io/d7730790-9b0e-4a1e-800e-a32628b13559/Images/Documentation/Ways_to_Work_with_Search_Results_2.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-06T00%3A31%3A43Z&se=2026-11-06T01%3A31%3A43Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=jap4T%2FQVbUg8CgodHBjumEADjKOFLm4OgzWojzCb96Q%3D)
