1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
On Demand Videos: Pre-recorded videos on available Products, viewable anytime on demand via the Website.
Intellectual Property Rights: All industrial and intellectual property rights recognized under U.S. law, including current and future registered and unregistered rights relating to trademarks, business names, domain names, copyrighted works, databases, software, circuit layouts, designs, patents, trade secrets, know-how, inventions, and discoveries, as well as any application or right to apply for registration of such rights.
Organizer: CoreLogic Solutions, LLC as the owner, organizer, and licensor of the Products, together with its affiliates sometimes referred to as “Cotality”.
Partner: Any third party providing On Demand Videos, Training Sessions, or Training Materials on behalf of the Organizer, available on the Website or other linked sites.
Product: Cotality product, and any other Organizer-owned or licensed products; or Partner products or services, as advertised or included from time to time on the Website.
Training Session: Live webcasts of Product-related training and development sessions as advertised on the Website.
Training Material: Product-related materials and collateral shown during Training Sessions or provided before, during, or after the sessions by the Organizer (or Partner).
Website: Cotality Help Center and Product Education Center websites (https://docs.cotality.com/) & (https://learn.cotality.com/).
2. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and use of Training Sessions, On Demand Videos, and Training Materials.
By clicking “I Agree” when accessing the Website or purchasing a Training Session, you accept these Terms and Conditions, which supersede any prior agreements.
Your attendance and use of materials are conditional upon acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, do not view, download, install, copy, or use the training content.
Training Sessions may be recorded, including your image, voice, and likeness. If you do not consent, contact learn@cotality.com.
All prices are in U.S. Dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.
Discounts or promotional pricing apply only during the specified timeframe and cannot be retroactively applied.
Accessing the Website:
Customers must create an account to purchase or access training content.
Descriptions and pricing may change without notice. If a pricing error occurs, you will be notified and refunded any overcharge.
By submitting an order, you warrant:
You can enter a legally binding contract.
You are authorized to make payment.
Payment details are accurate.
Purchases are not for commercial resale.
Except as expressly set forth otherwise herein, all training content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
3. Payment Method
Payment must be made via a valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) at the time of purchase.
Payment for a given purchase must be processed in one transaction. You may make multiple purchases.
4. Delivery
Training Sessions will be delivered via Microsoft Teams. A link will be emailed after purchase.
Recorded sessions (if available) will be provided via Brightcove or another platform as specified.
On Demand Videos will be viewable on the Website.
The Organizer (or Partner as the case may be) retains all rights to Training Materials and Intellectual Property Rights therein. You agree not to infringe or contest these rights.
Trademarks and logos on the Website are owned by the Organizeror Partner as the case may be and cannot be reproduced without consent.
The Website may link to third-party sites. The Organizer is not responsible for their content or practices.
5. Refund/Cancellation Policy
Participant Cancellations & Rescheduling:
More than 48 hours before the session start time:
Cancellation or rescheduling is allowed at no cost.
Rescheduled sessions must occur within 2 months of the original session date.
Within 48 hours of the session start time:
Cancellation or rescheduling within this window will result in the participant forfeiting the session.
No Shows:
Participants who do not attend are considered no shows and forfeit their training fee or session credit.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel any event due to instructor unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, The Organizer will reschedule the event to occur within 12 months of the original session date on a date acceptable to client.
6. Security
While we use reasonable measures to protect personal information, no internet transmission is completely secure.

7. Photography
For in-person sessions, you consent to photos being taken and used for promotional purposes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of California, and parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California. https://www.cotality.com/legal
