# Statistics

### Tabular Statistics

        
        
            

The Tabular Statistics feature generates a comprehensive market analysis report for your search results. It calculates statistical metrics—such as minimum, maximum, average, median, and sum—across key numeric property data fields, automatically categorized by MLS status.

Select the properties you’d like to evaluate.

#### Statistical Values

                
                    
                        
                        

                        
                            

For every calculated column, the report displays five statistical rows.

                            

| Value | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Min** | The lowest value found for the specified data column among the included listings. |
| **Max** | The highest value found for the specified data column among the included listings. |
| **Avg** | The calculated average (mean) for the specified column (the total sum divided by the number of listings). |
| **Median** | The middle value in the data set when ordered sequentially. |

                        
                    
                    
                
                
                

#### Report Features

                
                    
                        
                        

                        
                            

- **Status Grouping:** Listings are automatically categorized into separate sections based on their **MLS Status** (e.g., *Coming Soon-No Show*, *Active*, *Under Contract-Show*), complete with a count badge for each category.
- **MLS Status: All Summary:** A combined table at the bottom of the report aggregates metrics across all included properties regardless of status.
- **Criteria Summary:** Displays the exact search criteria applied to generate the report at the bottom of the view.
- **Print & Export:** Use the **Print** button in the top right corner to generate a printer-friendly version or PDF of the report.
