# How to Create a Sub-Account on Mercury Network®

## Overview

Adding new users to your platform ensures your team has secure access to the tools they need. This guide shows you how to create new user profiles and input essential account details. Properly setting up these profiles centralizes your team management, streamlines onboarding, and maintains accurate system permissions from day one.

## How to create a Sub-Account User

1. Click **Users** in the top toolbar.

2. Click **Create New User**.

3. On the **Details** tab, complete all required fields marked with a red asterisk (*). Use the remaining tabs to add or update any other profile information.
4. Select **Save** to create the sub-account user.

## Outcome

After you save the profile, the new sub-account appears in the Mercury Network® user directory with the account and profile information you entered. The user can access the platform according to the features and permissions configured for the account.
