You will know where an order is in the order fulfillment lifecycle based on its status. The following table provides all statuses and the descriptions for each status. --- | Status ID | Status | Description | | --- | --- | --- | | 101000 | Awaiting Acceptance | Order has been placed to provider and is waiting for an acceptance or a decline. This is the status the order goes into when it is successfully placed. Providers have the option to auto-accept assignments on a client by client basis. | | 101010 | Requires Assignment | Order has either expired without acknowledgement by the provider or the provider has declined the order. Note: The default expiration time is 24 hours but can be customized per partner. | | 101020 | Vendor Accepted Assignment | Provider sends this event to indicate that a vendor has accepted the assignment. | | 201000 | In Progress | Order has been accepted by the provider and is in progress. | | 201010 | Conditionally Declined | The provider has indicated that the conditions of the assignment are not adequate. The provider will specify an alternate fee and/or due date to accept the assignment. Note: The response status from the partner would be either Conditions Accepted or Reassigned. | | 201020 | Declined | The provider has declined the order. The order will now be in a Requires Assignment status. The order can be placed to another provider by posting the Reassigned Status. | | 201040 | Inspection Scheduled | The provider has scheduled the inspection. The status will include an inspection date. | | 201050 | Inspection Complete | The provider has completed the inspection. This status will could include the date the inspection was complete. | | 201060 | Delayed | The provider or the client has put the order in delayed status to indicate there is a problem with the assignment that could jeopardize completion. Once the order is resumed, it will return to its previous state. | | 201070 | On Hold | The client or the provider has put the order into on hold to indicate to the provider to cease working on the assignment. Once the assignment is resumed it will return to it's previous state. | | 201080 | Reassigned | The client posts this status to place an order with another provider. This status is only valid if the order was Declined by the provider, the order was Conditionally Declined by the provider, or the order assignment expired and a Requires Assignment status was sent. | | 201090 | Resumed | This status would be sent to indicate activity on the order assignment has resumed after a Delayed or On Hold status has been sent. | | 202000 | Document Uploaded | The client or the provider has posted a document to the order. The document sent by ALM to the client will be Base64 encoded in the status XML. Documents sent from the client to ALM should be Base64 encoded in the Update Appraisal StatusEX XML. | | 202003 | Document Upload Failed | The vendor has uploaded a zip file that failed the file validation rules check. | | 203000 | Order Changed | This event is used to indicate that fields in an order have been modified.
