Ideal for searching properties within a fixed distance from a specific location. \| \| **Rectangle** \| Click and drag across the map to define a four-sided box. Great for quickly capturing structured grid neighborhoods or block zones. \| \| **Polygon** \| Click point-by-point to create a custom multi-sided shape around specific street lines, subdivisions, or natural boundaries. \| \| **Freehand Polygon** \| Click and hold your cursor to draw any custom outline directly on the map. Perfect for tracing irregular terrain or custom search areas freely. \| \| **Ruler** \| Click and drag to measure distances between points on the map. \| #### Manage Shapes After creating your shape(s), hover over the shape's anchor point (red dot) to select one of the following actions: - **Delete Shape:** Permanently removes the selected boundary from the map display. - **Exclude this Shape:** Filters out and hides all properties located within the designated shape boundary. - **Include Intersection Only:** When two or more shapes overlap, restricts search results exclusively to properties situated within the overlapping area. | | Shape / Tool | Description | | **Radius** | Click a central point and drag outward to draw a circular boundary. **Base Map Views:** Switch between standard **Map**, **Satellite**, and **Terrain** view modes depending on your visual preference. - **Zoom Controls:** Use the **+** and **-** buttons on the map display or the mouse scroll wheel to zoom in and out. -
