# How to Review the Market Trends Report on Property Intelligence

## Overview

The Market Trends report provides information about key performance indicators for the zip code of the subject property, including days on market (DOM), median sales and listing prices, number of foreclosures, nearby listings, and comparables.

- **Market Trends**: Includes the following data for the subject property’s zip code
  - 12-month listing price % change
  - 12-month sales price % change
  - Number of Days on Market for open and closed listings
  - Median sales and listing prices
  - Number of sales and foreclosures
  - Number of sales and listings
- **Listing Information**: Provides the most recent listing data for the subject property, including last listing date, valuation, location, characteristics, and last market sale details.
- **Nearby Listings**: Up to ten listings near the subject property
- **Comparables**: Up to ten comparable properties, based on distance to the subject property and land use.
