# How to Review Bids for Orders on Mercury Network®

## Overview

The Review Bids dialog allows you to view and manage bids submitted for an order. From this screen, you can review vendor responses and manage options such as awarding, declining, or communicating about bids, with indicators such as fee and due date locks shown for residential orders.

When an order has been issued for bid, the Review bids menu option allows the bids to be reviewed and managed.

When selected, the Review bids dialog displays to allow management of outstanding bids.

If this is a residential appraisal order, you'll see icons indicating whether the fee and due date are locked. For commercial appraisal orders, this doesn't apply, so the lock icons are hidden.
