# Export

### Export

        
        
            

The Export button allows you to extract specific data fields from a selected group of properties in your search results into a downloadable file for external analysis or client reporting.

From the Criteria section, add your search criteria.

Generate your results in either Display or Map View.

                        
                        
                    
                    
                
                
                
                    
                        
                        
                            

Select the properties that you’d like to export.

Choose an Export template from the drop-down menu.

                        
                        
                            

| Option | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Default Exports** | Pre-configured, system-provided export templates. |
| **Custom Exports** | User-defined export formats created to extract specific data fields. |
| **Custom Displays** | Export layouts generated directly from your personalized search displays. |

                            
                            
                                
                                

Files download in the file format (.csv or .txt) determined when the export template was created.
