# CMA

### CMA

        
        
            

The CMA button allows you to take selected properties from your search results and export them as comparables directly into the CMA manager.

From the Criteria section, add your search criteria.

Generate your results in either Display or Map View.

                        
                        
                    
                    
                
                
                
                    
                        
                        
                            

Select the properties that you’d like to use as Comparables.

#### Create CMA

                
                    
                        
                        

                        
                    
                    
                
                
                
                    
                        
                        
                            

Enter the Subject Property address.

Add or create a contact.

                        
                        
                            

Link the CMA to an existing contact or create a new one.

| Option | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Subject Property** | The primary property address you are creating the CMA for. |
| **Contact** | Client assigned to this CMA. |
| **CMA Comps** | The total count of selected properties from your search that will automatically populate as comparables in the CMA Manager. |
