# Realist

**Realist®** is a powerful public records database seamlessly integrated into your MLS workspace. It allows real estate professionals to look beyond active listing data by pulling comprehensive public records, tax histories, ownership details, and historical transaction data directly onto an interactive map interface. By combining visual spatial plotting with deep-dive assessor analytics, Realist provides the critical market intelligence needed to identify properties, evaluate neighborhood trends, and execute highly targeted geographic farming campaigns.
