Overview
If a vendor identifies discrepancies between a property's actual features and the information in the order or Engagement Letter, they can use this new Property Order Details Collaboration feature to submit a modification request to the lender. The lender is immediately alerted to the property order details request.
Submitting Property Order Detail Requests
This process can happen at any time between order acceptance and product delivery, and can be initiated via the vendor's Mercury Platform UI or via an AMC’s third-party integration.
When the vendor initiates a Product Order Details Request, the Secure order moves to a Product Order Details Requested status so that Mercury Secure users immediately know it needs their attention. Users with the appropriate permissions can approve or decline a request to revise order details via the Mercury user interface or the LOS integration, provided the LOS supports this functionality details request so they can quickly review discrepancies and approve order updates, streamlining the process and preventing delays.

A form will appear. Update the fields with the appropriate values as necessary.

Warning: Once you click OK, you will not be able to edit your order details request until the lender opens it, reviews it, and sends back a decision. Make sure the request reflects exactly what you need to avoid delays.
Once the lender has reviewed your request and made their decision, the order will return to In Progress status, and you will be notified automatically.
To review the lender’s decision and notes, click on the History Log of the order. If the lender declines any of the suggested changes, they are required to provide you with a comment.
