# How to Review the Liens & Events Report on Property Intelligence

## Overview

The Liens & Events report provides detailed information on various property-related legal actions and transactions, such as foreclosures, voluntary liens, and open liens.

### Reviewing liens and events

You can use the following filters to review particualr lien or event types:

- **View All**: Display all liens and events associated with the property.
- **Current Owner**: Shows records specifically related to the current owner.
- **Voluntary Liens**: Filters to display voluntary events.
- **Involuntary Liens**: Filters to display involuntary events.
- **Foreclosures**: Filters to display foreclosure events.
- **Open Liens**: Show liens that are currently open.
