# Prerequisites for LoanSafe™ Suite

## Overview

Below, you will find the required and highly recommended fields necessary to generate a LoanSafe Risk Manager report. The more information you provide, the more comprehensive and complete the fraud analysis will be.

| - Borrower Name and SSN - Subject Property Address complete with City, State and Zip Code - Estimated Subject Property Value - Business Channel (e.g. Retail, Wholesale, Correspondent) - Loan Number (your institution’s unique loan number associated with the LoanSafe™ Risk Manager report) | - Borrower’s Years in Profession and Job - Current Borrower Phone Number - Borrower’s Profession or Occupation - Borrower’s Monthly Income - Borrower’s Employment Type - Borrower’s Employer Name and Address - Subject Property Type (e.g. Single family Residential, Townhouse, Condominium, etc..) - Subject Property Purpose (e.g. Primary Residence, Investment, etc..) - Loan Term and Interest Rate - Lien Position - Loan-to-Value (LTV) - Debt-to-Income (DTI) - Combined Loan-to-Value (CLTV) |
