Ownership - Foreclosure
Ownership: Number of transfers of property ownership.
Foreclosure Notice: Number of properties where an initial foreclosure filing, such as a Notice of Default (NOD) or Lis Pendens, has been newly recorded.
Foreclosure: Number of properties in the foreclosure process.
Portfolio Change by state: Lien changes organized by state.
Foreclosure Chart: Displays properties based on their foreclosure-related legal status.
Voluntary Lien
Lien position: Number of priority or position of existing liens.
New liens: Number of new liens recorded against a property.
Equity: Number of properties with changes in equity value.
Released: Number of properties with an officially released or satisfied lien.
Client Lien Released: Number of properties that have had client liens released.
Special Lien
HOA lien: Number of properties with a Homeowners' Association lien.
Property tax lien: Number of properties with property tax liens.
Other Special Lien: Number of properties with new miscellaneous liens, such as mechanic's liens (for unpaid construction work) or judgment liens (from a court ruling).
Special lien: Number of special assessment liens that may be recorded.
