# Navigating the Precision Marketing Dashboard

## Overview

The Shopper Audience Screen is the central hub in Precision Marketing where you can view, analyze, and manage your customer portfolio. From here, you can identify active home shoppers, filter your portfolio based on specific criteria, and manage outreach efforts.

- **Toggle Button:** Located at the top of the screen, this allows you to seamlessly switch between the **Lead Details** list and the **Value of Equity Map**.
- **Lead Details:** A sorted list of prospective customers featuring individual cards that highlight property locations, recent web activity, and predictive financial indicators.
- **Insight Panel:** Functions as a quick-reference scorecard to track and analyze the distribution of potential customer types within your pipeline.
- **Filter:** Apply filters to quickly isolate and focus on specific customer or property data.
- **Customer Detail Cards:** Each record displays key insights, including the property address, original purchase date, CLTV percentage, and behavioral propensity tags.
- **Contact Status:** Located on each detail card, this status is linked directly to the contact's reference ID and always displays the most recent update.
- **Assignments:** Assign leads to specific members of your organization using the **Assigned** button.
- **View Details:** Opens a comprehensive profile of an individual lead, including structural property data, predictive propensity scores, and real-time home shopping behaviors.
- **Export:** Click the **Export** button to instantly download a CSV file of your lead details.
