You use the DigitalTax® Portal Dashboard to monitor your portfolio and review urgent action items. By centralizing inventory snapshots, action queues, and interactive graphs, the Dashboard enables you to track key portfolio metrics without navigating multiple pages.

Portfolio Overview
Inventory Snapshot: Displays the total property count across Active Loans, Suspended Loans, and Inactive Loans, with breakdown counts for escrow and non-escrow loans.
Action Queue: Highlights time-sensitive categories that require review, including ATSU (Accelerated Tax Line Setup)/Suspended, Contracted/Suspended, and Duplicate Tax IDs.
Case Monitors: Displays active research queues, including Pending Apportionment, Search by Situs, and Legal Situs Discrepancy.
Global Search: Allows you to search across your entire portfolio by loan number, contract number, or agency name directly from the top header.
Support & Utility Menu: Provides direct access to submit a Residential Tax Request, view your messages, and profile.
ATSU
All ATSU (Accelerated tax Line Setup): Provides access to all your open ATSU orders.
ATSU Suspended Items: Displays accelerated tax line setup orders that are suspended due to missing or incomplete legal documentation. Visualized by next due date.
Loan Insights
All Loan Insights: View and analyze your loan portfolio with customizable filters, columns, and saved views for quick access to the data that matters most.
Contracted Suspended Items: Displays contracted orders suspended due to missing or incomplete legal description. Visualized by next due date.
Legal Situs Discrepancy: Flags mismatches between the property address and its legal description. Visualized by next due date.
Search by Situs: Displays loans searched by property address (situs). Visualized by next due date.
Lien Insights
All Lien Insights: View and analyze your lien portfolio with customizable filters, columns, and saved views for quick access to the data that matters most.
Pending Apportionment: Identifies parcels covering more property than described. Visualized by next due date.
Lien Change: Tracks newly added or modified tax IDs. Defaults to the last 30 days, with an option to expand to 90 days.
Duplicate Tax ID: Flags instances where the same tax ID appears more than once, either within a portfolio or across multiple customer records.
Tax Payment
YoY Tax Amount Changes: Average property tax percentage change for your portfolio by state
Flashlines: Stay informed with timely updates on tax-related events, billing changes, reporting discrepancies, and processing issues that may impact your portfolio. Access important notifications, potential impacts, and recommended actions in one centralized location.
ELD Projection: Highlights agencies with upcoming Economic Loss Dates (30/60/90 days out). Includes the percentage of tax lines reported to date.
Tax Amount Reporting: Provides details on return dates, exemptions, delinquent and paid statuses. Defaults to the last 30 days, with an option to expand the view to one year.
Tax Payment Status End of Cycle: Provides a snapshot of the payment status at the close of a reporting cycle, based on the latest tax file received from the agency. This metric reflects the most current data available regarding whether tax obligations have been fulfilled, partially paid, or remain outstanding.
TPS Reporting: Displays loans that have progressed through the Tax Payment Status cycle, tracking whether property taxes were paid by the Economic Loss Date (ELD) and reports payment status for non-escrow loans and, when available, escrow loans.
DELFUS Letters: Displays delinquent liens that have had a Delfus letter sent to the homeowner. Tip: Select a Tax ID to review the complete Delfus history associated with that lien.
Redemptions: View delinquent property taxes eligible for redemption, including access to statements showing the amounts required to satisfy outstanding tax obligations and protect property interests.
Research
Residential Tax Requests: Provides status of customer service requests submitted to the Residential Tax Request Team.
Claims: Shows requested reimbursements approved and denied by the customer. Defaults to the last year, with an option to expand the view to two years.
Call Center
Call Center Key Performance Indicator: Offers a comprehensive view of call center operations, helping you track customer contact volumes, service responsiveness, self-service effectiveness, and support performance over time.
Outbound Notifications: SMS messages or automated calls that borrowers can opt in to receive, providing updates on current bills and remittances. These notifications help reduce repeat inquiries and ease call center volume.
