# Navigating Portfolio Intelligence & Monitoring (PIM) Home Screen

## Overview

The Portfolio Intelligence & Monitoring (PIM) offers rapid insights into your portfolio directly from the home screen, enabling you to swiftly access the information you require.

## Navigating the PIM Home screen

- **Select Portfolios**: Choose the portfolio you would like to be displayed on the Portfolios homepage.
- **Filter Portfolios**: Use the search to find and select the portfolio you wish to display on the home page.
- **Favoriting Portfolios**: You can favorite a portfolio by clicking on the star to the right of the name.
- **Favorites List**: Your favorited portfolios will be shown on the left side of the screen, along with the most recent time the portfolio information was updated.
- **Total Properties**: Total number of properties being monitored and the date of the last data update.
- **Audit Lifecycle**:
  - **Created By**: Displays the person who submitted the portfolio, as well as the date and time
  - **Last Modified By**: Displays the person who last modified the portfolio, as well as the date and time
- **Portfolio Settings**: Displays the portfolio services and what services are currently available.
- **Portfolio Overview**: Displays the portfolio services and the current monitoring count for each. Includes links to go directly to the dashboard view.
  - **Recent Changes**: A chart icon will appear in a Portfolio Overview tile if there have been modifications to the analysis report in the last 7 days.
- **Shortcuts**
  - **Place an Order**: Directs you to the ordering interface to establish or adjust current portfolios.
  - **Manage Portfolio**: Access and oversee all current orders.
  - **Araya**: Return to the Araya main screen.
- **Updates and Support**
  - **Knowledge Base**: Utilize the PIM resource for troubleshooting or to discover new features.
  - **Contact Us**: A form to create a ticket for our support team to help with any problems.
