Overview

You use the Loan Details page to review comprehensive loan information, verify tax reporting status, audit change history, and manage parcel setups. Centralizing borrower, tax line, and servicing details into dedicated tabs enables you to research property records without leaving the page.


Features

Tip: You can access loan details by entering a designated loan number or by applying loan criteria from the loans dashboard. You can also click on the loan number displayed in other dashboards to view the loan's details.

  • Main Data: Displays high-level loan attributes, borrower names, property and mailing addresses, loan terms, and BNA (Borrower Name & Address) letter cycle configurations.

  • Legal/Documents: Shows legal descriptions, lot and block numbers, tracking codes, and links to stored documents.

  • Comments: Displays systematic core application notes and internal customer comments.

  • Refunds: Tracks completed refunds that Cotality has identified and returned to your account.

  • History: Provides a timestamped audit trail of all field-level changes and user modifications made to the loan.

  • Reporting History: Displays active and inactive parcel records (such as parent parcels and TBAs) along with sub-tabs for Lien Details, Tax Amount Reporting (TAR), TPS Reporting History, TPS Current Detail, and Delinquent letter cycles.

  • More Actions

    • Add Extension: Lets you extend the loan term.

    • Add Refinance: Process a refinance for the current loan while retaining all prior history. Ensure the new loan number matches the loan edit mask. Fees are applied in accordance with your Client Tax Servicing Agreement.

    • Add Lien: Manually enter and assign a taxing agency and tax ID to the loan.

    • Order Redemption: Request official payoff amounts and payment instructions for delinquent loans.

    • Tax Statement: Order a tax statement to review payment histories. This statement reports only tax-related payments made through Cotality.

    • Property Admin System (PAS): Open the lookup tool to view nationwide homeowner, legal, and tax lien information.
