Overview
The Climate Risk platform is designed to provide clear, actionable insights into physical and transition risks across your assets. Navigating the platform is straightforward and is centered around a persistent left sidebar that lets you easily switch between different views and analyses.
Navigating Climate Risk Dashboard
Interactive Heat Map: The center of your workspace features an interactive geographical map of the United States:
Color-Coded Hazards: The map uses a color-gradient scale from blue (low risk) to orange and red (high risk) to display risk levels across counties or ZIP codes.
Map Controls: Zoom in and out using the controls in the top-right of the map.
Filter: This panel lets you customize the data displayed on the map and in the insights panel. It is divided into four easy-to-use sections:
Properties: Toggle between analyzing broad market-level datasets and your own uploaded asset portfolios.
Geography: Search for specific regions, then choose whether to visualize data grouped by ZIP code, CBSA, or County.
Risks: Filter by property type, choose between acute perils (such as storms and floods) and chronic perils (such as heat waves), and select your preferred economic metric (such as Risk Score or Average Annual Loss).
Climate Models: Select from four different climate scenario pathways (ranging from low-emissions to high-emissions trajectories) and slide the timeline from the current baseline up to the year 2050 to see future projections.
Insights Panel: Summarizes aggregate statistics for your active filters in real time—featuring a prominent overall Risk Score, a trendline chart projecting future risk pathways, and a list ranking your top three environmental perils.
View Toggles: Quickly switch between the Map view (to see hazard distribution across a geographic canvas) and the Chart view (to inspect raw data as analytics graphs).
Export: Use the Export dropdown to download your active reports, maps, or dataset summaries.
