Overview
You can order LoanSafe™ Fraud Manager within Mortgage Cadence to enhance your fraud management processes effectively and ensure the security of your operations.
Ordering LoanSafe® Fraud Report
Click the Cloud icon to access the list of services.
Select Fraud from the Services drop down menu.
Click the Order New Service button.
Select the Provider and Service dropdown menu.
Based on your account settings select CoreLogic LoanSafe Fraud Manager or CoreLogic LoanSafe Risk Manager.
Click Order Service.
To submit a rerun of an existing order, choose the request type as re-issue and click the Reload button.
Click the Navigation Drop Down Menu to access the LoanSafe Result Summary and LoanSafe Connect.
Search for LoanSafe and select CoreLogic LoanSafe Request Details. Review the list of contacts from your loan.
From the current loan click the Navigation Drop Down Menu
Search for LoanSafe and select CoreLogic LoanSafe Findings.
Click the Access LoanSafe Connect button on the summary screen to clear conditions, compare reports, and manage watchlist participants.
Click Pull LoanSafe Connect Alert Summary button on the summary screen in Mortgage Cadence platform to send an updated alert report to order results.
Click the Cloud Services menu
Select Fraud from the list.
On the Fraud Screen click expand the arrow to view request and respond details for the LoanSafe service.
Select the completed LoanSafe report from the service list
Scroll down to view the order results details.
Click the LoanSafe PDF to view the LoanSafe Fraud or Risk Manager Report.
Click the LoanSafe Connect PDF to view the alert summary.
To access the LoanSafe documents folder click the Paper Clip icon in the right side navigation menu.
Select Attachments from the Documents menu. Here you can view, save or print your report.
