How Engagement Letter Templates Work After Assignment
After you assign an engagement letter template to a product, Mercury Network automatically generates the engagement letter when an order for that product is created. Only templates that match the product category are available for selection, helping reduce errors and ensuring the vendor receives the correct engagement letter instructions.
Outcome
Once these steps are complete, the assigned engagement letter will automatically generate when an order for that product is created. The system ensures that only category-specific templates appear for selection, reducing the risk of errors and ensuring the vendor receives the correct information in the Engagement Letter instructions.
