# How to Log In to Mercury Network®

## Overview

Sign in to the Mercury Network® vendor portal to access your account and manage, accept, and deliver appraisal orders. The sign-in page also provides options to create a vendor account, save your email address with Remember me, and recover a forgotten password.

## How to sign in to the Mercury Network vendor portal

To log in to Mercury Network® where you'll accept and deliver your orders:

1. Go to [http://vendor.MercuryVMP.com](http://vendor.MercuryVMP.com).
2. Enter the email address and password associated with your Mercury Network® vendor account.
3. Optional: Select **Remember me** to save your email address for future sign-ins.
4. Select **Sign In**.

## How to create an account or recover your password

If you do not have a Mercury Network® login, complete the account sign-up process from the vendor portal. If you forgot your password, use the [password-recovery page](https://apps.mercuryvmp.com/configurepassword/default.aspx) to reset or retrieve your credentials.

## Outcome

After you sign in, Mercury Network® opens your vendor account so you can review, accept, manage, and deliver appraisal orders. If you selected **Remember me**, the portal can display your saved email address the next time you visit the sign-in page.
