# LoanSafe™ Reports

## Overview

The LoanSafe™ platform draws on extensive property data to assess a lender’s exposure to fraud and collateral risk for any loan. LoanSafe™ offers Fraud Manager, and Risk Manager—a product that combines the power of the Fraud Manager and Collateral Manager—to provide comprehensive loan-risk mitigation via clear, easy to read reports. This article provides the information lenders will need to quickly get started with the LoanSafe™ platform.

## Available Reports

### Application stage

- **LoanSafe™ Fraud Manager**

Helps identify mortgage fraud risk using your loan application information paired with CoreLogic proprietary data. Fueled by a mortgage fraud consortium of over 100 million loan applications and known fraud outcomes, patented pattern recognition models and the most complete property data collection available today, LoanSafe™ Fraud Manager provides you with the tools you need to help mitigate your fraud risk.
- **LoanSafe™ Collateral Manager**

The proprietary collateral risk assessment engine used by LoanSafe™ Collateral Manager evaluates numerous elements to deliver a clear picture of risk, including multiple relationships and comparisons between property characteristics, pricing and appraisal attributes, geographic enhancers or detractors, market volatility, levels of distress in the neighborhood, and other key collateral metrics. LoanSafe™ Collateral Manager reduces uncertainty, fights exposure to delinquency, overvaluation risk, and increases organizational efficiency.
- **LoanSafe™ Risk Manager**

Risk Manager is an upgrade to Fraud Manager; it includes a Collateral Risk score and non-fraud collateral alerts. Collateral Risk score is used by some clients to route for general collateral review. Additional property alerts are not fraud related (property is close to major road).

> **Note:** Depending on your organization’s set-up, you have two ways to request the reports.
> 
> - Request LoanSafe™ Risk Manager, which will automatically deliver both LoanSafe™ Fraud Manager and LoanSafe™ Collateral Manager.
> - Request LoanSafe™ Fraud Manager.

### LoanSafe™ Connect Web Portal

You can review and clear alerts, compare reports, and generate and export the Watchlist results. Additionally, it will guide you on how to review the Score Distribution Report, and track user actions.

LoanSafe™ Connect complements LoanSafe™ Fraud Manager as a secure, user-friendly web portal. It simplifies the documentation and management of fraud alerts for end users while providing administrators with robust tools for reporting and organizational settings management. This synergy enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of fraud risk management processes, streamlining the response to potential threats.

LoanSafe™ Connect is available automatically to all users of LoanSafe™ Risk Manager and LoanSafe™ Fraud Manager. The same individual end-user username and password you use to request LoanSafe™ Risk Manager or LoanSafe™ Fraud Manager will give you access to LoanSafe™ Connect.
