# How to Review the Listing History Report on Property Intelligence

## Overview

The Listing History report provides detailed information about recent and past listing details for the subject property, including listing photos, listing history, listing agent and broker information, and value trends for the subject property’s zip code.

## Reviewing the Listing History report

- **Photos**: Up to 25 of the most recent listing photos for the subject property.
- **History**: Includes up to 10 listing history records, up to 10 years.
- **Recent Listing Info**: The property's most recent listing details.
- **Agent/Broker Info**: The most recent listing and broker information.
- **Value Trend**: The last 24 months of listing activity for the subject property's zip code, by month.
