# How to Use Quick List on Property List

## Overview

Property list offers Quick List criteria sets that you can take advantage of. These optimized quick lists cater to various roles and industries, enabling you to swiftly access the information you require without needing to create it from the ground up.

## Using Quick List

1. Select **Quick List** from the navigation menu.
2. Choose one of the available quick lists:
  - **Absentee owned**: Target landlords or owners of non-owner-occupied homes — often motivated to sell or open to offers.
  - **Refinance opportunities**: Target homeowners who are good candidates for refinance.
  - **Likely sellers**: Find homeowners who may be ready to sell soon.
3. Select from available boundary options (**City**, **County**, **State**, **Zip code,** or **Map**).
4. Click **Add Criteria** to apply your selected boundary.
5. Continue to the **Select Criteria** and **Select Fields** steps to adjust the applied filters and reporting data as necessary.
6. Enter a descriptive name in the **Criteria and Export Name** box for future identification.
7. *(Optional)* If you wish to use this filter set again, click **Save**.
8. Click **Export List**.
9. Navigate to the **Purchased Lists** page.
10. Click the three dots next to your list to select **Download List**.

## Outcome

You can now use the Quick List to quickly generate a purchased list.
