Overview
You can upload legal documents to attach essential property records—such as a legal description, Exhibit A, or appraisal—directly to an existing loan. Providing these documents completes the loan profile and helps resolve any contracting suspensions.
Steps
Open the details of the particular loan, or locate the loan within a table.
Click the Upload Legal icon.
Drag and drop your file into the drop-box, or click to select the file from your device.
Tip: If the legal description contains multiple pages, combine all pages into one PDF document before uploading.
Click Upload.
Outcome
You have successfully uploaded the legal document to the loan. The system displays a success notification, and the file is saved and accessible under the Legal/Documents tab.
