# How to Upload ADDS Loan Files on DigitalTax® Portal

## Overview

Non-ATSU clients upload ADDS (Automated Data Delivery System) files to perform batch updates to their portfolio. Uploading a standardized template enables you to submit new loans, process refinances, change service types, or cancel loan records in bulk.

## Steps

1. Select **Loans** from the left-hand navigation menu.
2. Click **File Upload** in the upper-right corner.
3. Select **Upload**.
4. In the dialog box, select the **Request Type** from the dropdown menu:
  - ADDS New Loan
  - ADDS Refinance
  - ADDS Cancel
  - ADDS Change
5. Select the **Type of Search** if prompted.
6. Click **Download Template** if you need the formatted CSV file structure.
7. Drag and drop your completed CSV file into the drop box or click **Upload File** to select it from your device.
8. Click **Submit**.

> **Tip**: Track your ADDS upload status by checking the **History** tab under the **File upload** drop-down menu

## Outcome

Your ADDS file is submitted to the processing queue. The records are validated against Cotality core applications and contracted into your portfolio once processing completes.
