Overview
Since Property List saves criteria sets as static templates, the process involves loading the old set, making necessary modifications, and then saving the revised set to retain your changes for future use.
Updating Saved Criteria
Click the three dots next to the applicable recently saved criteria.
Tip: View the Saved criteria page if the criteria you want to modify is not listed in the recently saved items.
Select Load Criteria from the options that appear.
Navigate through the steps (Geography Selection, Criteria Builder, and Field Selection) and make your updates.
After the updates are made, click Save Criteria.
You will be prompted to save your list criteria. Reuse the original name to apply the updates to the existing criteria, or enter a new name to create a new criteria.
Click Save Criteria to finalize the update.
You may export a list with the new criteria applied or cancel the order.
Outcome
You will have successfully created a revised version of your original criteria set. The newly saved criteria set is now accessible for future list building.
