# How to Update the Loan Quality Debt Monitoring Document Mapping Folder in Encompass® Partner Connect (EPC)

## Overview

Loan Quality Debt Monitoring (LQDM) maps the report PDFs to the “Other Services” eFolder in Encompass® by default. If you need the document to map to a different folder, you can update the mapping within Encompass® Partner Connect (EPC).

## Update the LQDM document mapping folder

1. Log in to the [Encompass® Web Portal](https://idp.elliemae.com/authorize?client_id=tirykwfo&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.encompassloconnect.com%2F&response_type=code&scope=loc) using your administrator credentials.
2. Select **Services** from the left-navigation panel, then select **Services Management**.
3. From the **Category** dropdown menu in the upper-right corner of the screen, select **Additional Services**.
4. Locate the **CoreLogic LQDM** tile.
5. Click the **vertical ellipses (⋮)**, then click **Document Mapping**.
6. From the **Inbound** **Document Types** dropdown menu, confirm that **Debt Monitoring Alerts** is selected.
7. From the **eFolder Document Folder** dropdown menu, choose the folder where you want the document to be mapped for storage.
8. Select **Save**. Once saved, LQDM reports will automatically map to the eFolder you selected.

> [!NOTE]
> **Warning**: If you choose to take advantage of this feature and map the LQDM report(s) to a different eFolder destination, it’s critical that you **do not delete the original folder named “Other Services: Additional Services.”** Even though the report will now route to the new folder you selected during this process, the application still relies on the original folder’s existence for the mapping feature to function properly.
