# How to Submit a SmartFees™ Network Provider Referral

## Overview

Add your service providers to the SmartFees™ provider network. If a service provider isn’t already part of our network, complete a quick referral form. Our Provider Services Team will then work directly with the provider to add them to the Cotality™ network.

## Submit a provider referral

1. Log in to SmartFees through the Encompass Desktop or Web applications, or use your individual login at [www.smartfees.com](http://www.smartfees.com).
2. Click the **Submit a Provider** link at the bottom of the application.
3. Complete the form.

> [!NOTE]
> **Important Note:** When filling out the Provider Contact fields, include a contact at the provider’s office who has the authority to join the network and can supply their rates for SmartFees.
4. After completing the form, click **Submit**. The Provider Services Team will then receive your request and contact the provider.

## Outcome

Your service provider referral has been successfully submitted. The Cotality™ Provider Services Team will contact the provider directly to get them added to our provider network.
