Each SmartFees account will have individual User Credentials that need to be configured, however. Add the User Credentials for each individual account under the **User Credentials** section, while maintaining the single set of Company Credentials. If you have branches with different configurations, each branch will also require individual User Credentials, with its users added under that shared user only. You must add the authorized users specific to each account under their respective shared user credentials to control which account users can access. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/d7730790-9b0e-4a1e-800e-a32628b13559/Images/Documentation/image(497).png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T14%3A45%3A45Z&se=2026-10-31T15%3A45%3A45Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=s%2BUHsY0yuNHmOOtOU0iofCjRq0mPkxI7jGrn3jn0%2BJo%3D) --- ## Outcome Your Company and User Credentials are successfully set up for both Production and Test Environment accounts and appear on the Credentials page in Encompass®. Your users can place SmartFees orders in the Encompass® Desktop or Web applications without entering credentials each time they log in to SmartFees.
