Overview
Encompass® Partner Connect (EPC) gives you the ability to manage company-level credentials for SmartFees™ This setup ensures that users don’t have to enter their credentials every time they log in to the SmartFees application. The Company and User Credentials have been successfully set up and are now displayed on the Credentials page. Authorized users can now place manual orders for SmartFees within the Encompass® Desktop or Web applications.
Note: We recommend performing testing in our System Integration Testing (SIT) environment. To set this up, provide your Client Delivery Manager with your Encompass® Test Instance Client ID.
The credential setup steps in GCPSIT (Test Environment) are the same as outlined above, with two differences:
Log in to the Encompass® Web Portal using your test account credentials.
Instead of selecting the CoreLogic SmartFees tile, select [GCPSIT] SmartFees – by Closing Corp.
Credential setup for multiple accounts
If you have multiple SmartFees accounts using the same Encompass® Client ID, you will only set up one set of Company Credentials. Each SmartFees account will have individual User Credentials that need to be configured, however.
Add the User Credentials for each individual account under the User Credentials section, while maintaining the single set of Company Credentials.
If you have branches with different configurations, each branch will also require individual User Credentials, with its users added under that shared user only.
You must add the authorized users specific to each account under their respective shared user credentials to control which account users can access.
