Overview
In Document360, the Reviewer role allows designated team members to review documentation content without directly editing it. Reviewers can access and view articles, add comments, and update workflow statuses.
Preparation
Reviewers should focus their review on the accuracy and completeness of the content. Prepare for your review by viewing the following resources:
Logging into Document360
Navigate to the Document360 Login Screen.
Enter your credentials or log in via SSO if enabled.
Click the Login button.
Select the Product Documentation Center project.
Completing your review
Navigate to the respective product category folder.
Click the article to review.
Note: Reviewers can only review articles that are in Draft mode. If you need to review an article that is published, reach out to a Client Enablement team member for assistance.
Click the Start review button.
Note: Only one Reviewer can review an article. When you are reviewing an article, other users will see a notification indicating the article is currently in review.
Highlight the relevant text.
Click the comment icon.
Enter your comment into the comment modal.
Click the send icon.
When you have completed your review, click the Mark as reviewed button.
Navigate to the account profile icon.
Click Log out.
Outcome
You should be able to review content in Document360.
