# How to Retrieve a Verification of Assets (VOA) & Assets Analysis Order

## Overview

The Verification of Assets (VOA) and Assets Analysis retrieval process ensures you quick, accurate results with just a few clicks.

## Retrieve the order

**AutomatIQ® Borrower Portal**

You will receive an email notification once the borrower has completed linking their accounts, uploading documents, or when any documents you’ve uploaded have finished processing.

Follow these steps to retrieve a VOA and Assets Analysis order on the **AutomatIQ® Borrower Portal**.

1. Visit the [AutomatIQ® Borrower Portal](https://automatiq.corelogic.com/welcome) and sign in using your credentials. You will be directed to the **My Loans** page.
2. Adjust your search filters as needed, then select **VOA**.
3. **Search** for your order by entering the loan number or the applicant’s first or last name.
4. Click the **order status** link to open your file. The **VOA Borrower Progress** page displays.

**Encompass® Desktop**

You will receive an email notification once the borrower has completed linking their accounts, uploading documents, or when any documents you’ve uploaded have finished processing.

Follow these steps to retrieve a VOA and Assets Analysis order on **Encompass® Desktop**.

1. Sign in to Encompass® Desktop using your credentials.
2. In your **Pipeline**, select the appropriate loan from the list.
3. From the **Services tab** in the left-hand navigation bar, locate the **Order Verifications** menu then select the **Document icon**.
4. In the **From Service Providers** pop‑up, select the order and click **Retrieve**. Your VOA order will display, and you can begin your work.

**Encompass® Web**

You will receive an email notification once the borrower has completed linking their accounts, uploading documents, or when any documents you’ve uploaded have finished processing.

Follow these steps to retrieve a VOA and Assets Analysis order on **Encompass® Web**.

1. Sign in to Encompass® Web using your credentials.
2. From your **Pipeline**, select the appropriate loan from the list.
3. In the left navigation bar, select **Services**, then choose **All Services** from the drop-down menu.
4. On the **All Services** page, locate the order, then click the **Open Document icon**. Your VOA order will display, and you can begin your work.
