# How to Reset User Passwords on Credco.com

## Overview

As an Administrator, you can reset your users password directly within Credco.com.

## Resetting user passwords on Credco.com

1. Click **Administration** in the navigation menu.
2. Select the user’s profile from the **Profile** menu.
3. Select your search criteria from the **Search By** menu.
4. Enter your search criteria and click **Search**.
5. Select the relevant user from the results of your search.
6. When the **End User Administration** page opens, select the **Password Assistance** tab.
7. Click **Submit Password Assistance**.

> **Note**: A temporary password will be created and sent to the user, who will be asked to set a new password for their account.

You can now reset your users password directly within Credco.com.
