# How to Reset User Passwords on Credco.com

## Overview

As an Administrator, you can reset a user's password directly within Credco.com. The user receives a temporary password by email, allowing them to sign in and create a new password.

## Reset user passwords

1. From the **Order Dashboard (Home)**, open the **Profile menu**, then click **Administration**.
2. From the **Administration** tab, select the appropriate **Search by** filters, enter your search criteria, and click **Search**.
3. From the search results, click the user's **Name** to open the user record.
4. From the **End User Administration** page, select the **Password Assistance** tab.
5. Click **Reset Password**.
6. In the **Information** popup, click **OK**.

> [!NOTE]
> **Note**: A temporary password is generated and emailed to the user. The temporary password is valid for **3 days** and will expire if not used within that period.
