Overview
You have the option to replace your current portfolio with a fresh set of properties in Climate Risk for analysis..
Replacing a Portfolio on Climate Risk
Toggle to My Properties.
Click Manage Portfolios.
Open the Actions menu of the applicable portfolio.
Click Replace Portfolio.
Click Continue to confirm you want to update the portfolio.
Click Continue.
Upload your file to the drop box.
Click to View File Requirements
File Format
File type: Your file must be a CSV, XSLT, or TXT.
Date Format: All dates in your file must use the MM/DD/YY format (e.g., 09/01/2025).
Required Column Headers (Data Required)
Your file must include the following columns with complete data to move forward:
Reference ID
Address
City
State
Zip Code
Note: Your column headers should only contain letters (A-Z), numbers (0-9), dashes (-), underscores ( _ ), and spaces. If you're using a TXT file, please ensure the first row contains your column headers, separated by commas.
Click Continue.
Match any required product columns to the applicable file columns.
Check the box to confirm that the columns lack sensitive or identifiable data.
Click Continue.
