# How to Replace a Portfolio for Propensity Intelligence on Araya

## Overview

You can replace an existing loan portfolio in Araya to completely delete all current records and upload a new dataset. This is useful when you have an entirely new list of properties to analyze.

## Replacing a Portfolio for Propensity Intelligence

1. Click **My Portfolios** in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
2. Click **Manage** **My Portfolios**.
3. Click the **Actions** menu next to the target portfolio.
4. Select **Replace Portfolio**.
5. Click **Continue** to confirm that you want to proceed with updating the records.
6. Click **Continue**.
7. Drag and drop your file into the upload area or click the **Browse files** link to select it.
8. Click **Continue**.
9. Select the correct column from the dropdown menu for any column marked as **Not Matched**.
10. Select the checkbox to confirm that your matched columns do not contain sensitive or personally identifiable information (PII).
11. Click **Continue** to complete the submission.

## Outcome

You have replaced your old portfolio with the new dataset. Once validation completes, all previous records are deleted, and the new data is ready for analysis.
